Elliott Minnehan serves The Alpha Group as a Regional Sales Representative for Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Elliott’s foundation in the pool industry was built from the ground up. He began working summers at a brick-and-mortar residential pool store, gaining hands-on experience at the retail level. After college, he returned full time, managing his own service route while continuing retail operations, developing a deep understanding of both customer needs and field realities.

Following five successful years in retail and service, Elliott expanded his industry expertise by joining Heritage Pool Supply Group, where he spent four years strengthening relationships at the distribution level and sharpening his operational and sales acumen.

Elliott is passionate about education and believes knowledge is one of the most powerful tools in our industry. From manufacturer to distributor to service professional to homeowner, he is committed to elevating standards by ensuring the right products are used correctly and effectively.

His approach centers on clarity, accountability, and delivering solutions that genuinely improve outcomes.

Outside of work, Elliott enjoys tabletop strategy games, exploring new foods, and spending time with friends and family.
