As President of Alpha West Marketing Group, Jared Schwab leads one of the premier manufacturers’ representative agencies in the swimming pool industry, partnering with best-in-class vendors and overseeing a high-performing team of independent sales professionals across the Western U.S.

Jared began his career with Alpha West in 2007 as a sales representative, managing Arizona and Nevada before expanding into Southern California. He later served as Key Account Sales Manager, gaining deep experience in strategic account development and vendor growth. In January 2020, he was promoted into executive leadership, ultimately assuming the role of President, where he now drives vision, strategy, and long-term expansion.

His focus is simple and uncompromising: build leaders, develop talent, and deliver measurable value for both manufacturing partners and pool industry customers. Jared believes Alpha West’s competitive edge is its people – disciplined, accountable, and committed to long-term relationships.

Jared lives in Colleyville, Texas with his wife, daughters, and rescue dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, off-roading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and close friends.
